This word has been thrown around a lot during the trial of Conrad Murray. I'll be honest-- I didn't exactly know what a sociopath was when people started to discuss it. Intrigued, I had to look up exactly what one was and I found that in fact his behaviour did seem to match the description of a sociopath.
